Automating Blog Post Creation with AI
Ever dreamed of having your blog posts magically appear on your website while you sip your morning tea?
When I started 1ntegrate, I knew that having consistent blog posts was critical to SEO and building a brand. After writing 10 blog posts manually, I knew there had to be a more efficient way.
I created a template for a consistent structure and topics, and used OpenAI to draft relevant blog posts that was formatted into 3 versions + an image.
The result? Time saved! I was able to focus on more creative and strategic aspects of my work.
Here’s a quick rundown:
Google Sheets: We start by filtering rows in Google Sheets to find blog post ideas marked as "Pending."
OpenAI: Next, we send these ideas to OpenAI to generate a 500-word blog post, a 100-word LinkedIn/IG/FB post, and a short Twitter/X post.
Slack: We use Slack to notify the team about the new content.
Notion: Finally, we create a new page in Notion to store and review the blog post.
Curious to see the magic in action? Check out the video for a detailed guide. The link in the video includes my free blueprint, which has the OpenAI prompts!
Automation Tip of the Week
Create a CustomGPT
Now that you have your $20 / month ChatGPT account, it’s time to put the AI to work. I have so many custom assistants that help me for different parts of my business: Marketing for landing pages, Proposals Wizards, Make.com Mentor, Professional Coach, Email Writer, etc.
You’ll start by going to https://chatgpt.com/gpts and click ‘+ Create’ on the top right. It’s super easy to setup - it’ll ask you questions that you can answer to get it trained in minutes. I’ve found that if I upload documents, it works even better.
My most-used CustomGPT is the Make.com Mentor, which helps me troubleshoot my make.com scenarios by uploading a blueprint or sending a screenshot. Linking it here for free for you all to use!
Prerequisite: You need to be on the paid version of ChatGPT, but it’s so worth it.

AI / Automation News
There’s an AI for that.
Apparently Nanni AI can help parents understand why their babies are crying. By recording and analyzing thousands of baby cries from hospitals worldwide, the AI model can identify different types of cries, such as hunger or tiredness.
For all you Automation Parents - I’m so curious if this actually works. Try it and let us know.

Weekly ChatGPT Prompt ✅
Do you know what you sound like via email? I knew I could improve my professional email writing, but I was afraid to ask a colleague. Don’t worry, ChatGPT isn’t too mean, plus it’ll give you lots of great advice! Try the prompt below. 🙂
I want to ensure that my emails always have the right tone and style, whether I'm communicating with clients or colleagues. Could you help me analyze and improve the tone and style of my emails? Here are a few examples:
Example Email 1: (Paste a sample email you sent to a client)
Example Email 2: (Paste a sample email you sent to a colleague)
Could you provide feedback on the tone and style of each email, and suggest improvements to make them more effective? Additionally, if there are any general tips for maintaining a consistent tone and style in my emails, I'd love to hear those as well.
My results…

Personal Update:
The vet told me my dog is slightly overweight. I’m not surprised since we’ve been lenient with giving him more of our food.
Should we stop giving him our food or should we walk him more? So far, we think that we should walk him more.
Say hi to Aloe (like Aloe Vera), my soothing boy.

Check out my free Make.com blueprints if you’re looking to re-use some of the automations I’ve been creating.

And if you found this helpful, I’d love for you to share it with a friend or colleague!
Adios Automation Champion,
Aaron
